Resources on Eco-feminism

The books in this section reflect the wide range of ideas that have been incorporated under the heading of Eco-Feminism. Sometimes the writers are concerned with the religious implications of how traditions have conceived of the relationship between women, the body, and the earth, and sometimes authors are concerned more with tracking historical connections. Religious constructions of nature are directly tied to notions of gender, class, and race; therefore many eco-feminist works are also in the category of ecology and social justice. If you are interested in these notions please make sure you look through our annotations under ecology and social justice. The list below is by no means exhaustive.
